Your online shopping experience and being a repeat customer are very important to AMW, so please note the policies below.

All products presented for your browsing to purchase online are pictures of the actual product and described at best. To discourage the return for refund of an item after being used and no longer wanted, the sale of all items purchased online from AMW are final, non-refundable, and cannot be returned.

In-store pick up only.

Precautions will be taken for all purchases as they will be thoroughly inspected prior to pick-up. This is to ensure and assure you that care, and effort have been taken to ensure all items purchased online are not defective.

With the above-mentioned provisions, AMW will not accept any responsibility or be held liable, accept returns, or provide refunds for any items returned damage

Each cancellation request must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed and will be handled on an individual basis. Once a cancellation request has been received and acknowledged, every effort will be taken to work with the customer to arrange compensation however a 25% restocking/cancellation fee will be deducted. If the order has been released to the customer, it will no longer be cancellable.

Every effort would be made to ensure that products, colors, images, and website prices are displayed and described as accurately as possible. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice by AMW’s sole discretion. AMW reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue any product at any time. In the event an item is shown with an incorrect price, AMW reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed by receipt and your credit card charged. Please note, so that you can view items in greater detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. AMW reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item that has been sold or is no longer available. All products are hand made locally and finish may vary.

All prices listed are in Cayman Islands dollars. All purchases are final. Payments are accepted with Debit, Visa, and Mastercard. All credit card purchases are subject to approval. Returns or trade-ins are not accepted on any direct or indirect internet online purchase.

AMW will not be liable for any incorrect sizing ordered. Therefore, ensure you have researched and selected the correct size. AMW does not warrant that the quality and material or information of products obtained by you will meet your expectations or that any errors will be corrected.

These products are not toys. Some products may have small parts which are a choking hazard or sharp/pointy edges which are harmful, and this may not be suitable for unsupervised children. Adults are reminded and encouraged to exercise caution and supervise young children when around these products.

These policies are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, and all legal matters shall be adjudicated and heard in the Cayman Islands courts.
